Pan-India Shipping

We ship pan-India. Orders may come in our Amazon, Flipkart or Meesho package.

Prepaid orders will get dispatched ASAP, probably within 48 hours.

Please include nearby landmark for COD orders. Otherwise order will be cancelled without notifying the customer.

Delivery can take 2 to 7 days in major cities and up to 5 to 12 days in other remote areas.

Once shipped, we will provide you with the tracking details. Items may be shipped separately.

Our main courier partners are Ekart, Ecom Express, Delhivery and Amazon. If none of this courier is available at your location, we may opt for another one.

WARRANTY RULES:

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase, not the date of delivery.

Warranty cannot be provided without proof of purchase.

Warranty cannot be provided if the product has been tampered with or modified in any way.

Warranty cannot be provided if the issue is caused by improper use or handling of the product.

The warranty period will not be renewed after a claim; it remains valid only from the original purchase date.

 

HOW TO CLAIM WARRANTY:

Contact us to report the issue. Provide proof of purchase (digital/physical invoice).

Once approved, you are required to ship the product to one of our storehouses. We will provide you with a specific shipping address based on your location and the product.  The shipping cost is generally ₹50-200, based on the size of the product or packaging. This shipping fee will be refunded as store credit if the warranty claim is approved. Maximum refundable store credit is ₹200.
If you have any issues, we can assist you with packaging and shipping. Don't worry!

Once we receive the product, we will analyze it and take the necessary action.  This may involve a full replacement or replacement of the faulty part (battery, motor, etc.).

We will then ship the product to your original address.
